- Open Adobe Photoshop.
- Open the photograph which you want to edit.
- See the original photograph.
- Select the brush tool, Set the brush's radius what u need. Mode is overlay. Opacity is 25% (The opacity is based on the bright you want).
- Now you want to set the foreground color (its based on the area which you are going to paint. Example: If you paint a color on a Grass, use a light or bright green. If you select a white color for grass then the grass will add the brightness when you paint on it or if you select a bright green for grass then the grass will added more colors).
- I have selected a bright orange color for this photograph
- Paint the color where you want to bright.
- That's it. Simple!!!
