Its a jQuery plugin for menu and an easy plugin to get you started in jQuery. The author of this plugin also write a tutorial about to create a jQuery plugins step by step. So you can make your own plugins in the future.
In BubbleUp plugin menu images will enlarge with a smooth animation when you mouse over the menu and restore the real size on mouseout. It has been tested on all major browser like IE7, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
